Guardian Financial Partners, LLC (“Guardian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you:

Depending on how you interact with Guardian Financial Partners, LLC, we may collect:

Where Guardian uses an outside payment processor, the payment processor may collect and process your complete payment-card information. Guardian Financial Partners, LLC may receive transaction confirmations and limited billing information rather than your complete card number.

Sensitive Information

Financial records, government identifiers, account credentials, medical or disability documentation, tax documents, insurance records, and benefits documentation may contain highly sensitive information.

Do not send Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, passwords, tax returns, medical records, copies of identification documents, or similar sensitive information through a general website contact form, ordinary email, or text message.

When sensitive information is reasonably necessary for an engagement, Guardian will identify an approved method for providing it.

Independent Professionals

At your request, direction, or authorization, Guardian Financial Partners, LLC, may provide relevant information to an independent professional, such as an attorney, accountant, tax professional, insurance professional, investment professional, mortgage professional, real estate professional, benefits specialist, or other service provider.

Each independent professional controls the professional’s own services, records, privacy practices, licensing obligations, and client relationships.

Legal and Safety Purposes

Guardian Financial Partners, LLC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not sell sensitive personal information.

Guardian Financial Partners, LLC, may request additional information to verify your identity and protect your information from an unauthorized request.

Authorized Agents

Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. Guardian may require proof that the agent has authority to act for you and may separately verify your identity.

When applicable, you may appeal a decision by replying to Guardian Financial Partners’ decision or sending a new email with the subject line:

Privacy Appeal

Describe the request, the decision being appealed, and why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. Guardian Financial Partners, LLC will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe option included in the message or by contacting Guardian Financial Partners, LLC.

You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out of marketing does not necessarily prevent Guardian from sending nonmarketing communications reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to your request; 
  • Confirm an appointment; 
  • Administer a purchase or registration; 
  • Provide an important service notice; or 
  • Comply with legal obligations. 
  1. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Guardian does not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without legally required parental authorization. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact Guardian so the information can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.

  1. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

The Site may link to or embed services operated by other organizations. Guardian does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, content, or practices of those organizations.

Review the privacy policies of scheduling, videoconferencing, payment, social-media, course, and other third-party platforms before providing information to them.

Guardian is based in Texas, United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Guardian may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in:
